CLIENT COVID-19 GUIDELINES AND POLICIES

  • Appointments only.  Only those with appointments will be able to enter the salon at this time. To make an appointment please call the salon.

  • Please come to your appointment alone, without pets, and with as few items as possible (essentials only). Only 1 client is allowed in the salon per stylist at all times.

  • Please do not come to the salon if you feeling sick, showing symptoms of Covid-19, or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19.

  • Please be on time for your appointments we need to keep strict appointment times in order to sanitize and stagger appointment times to maintain capacity limits and social distancing.

  • Please stay in your car when you arrive and text your stylist or call the front desk to let us know when you have arrived. All clients will have their temperature taken before they receive services. If you have a temperature above 100.4 we must reschedule you.

  • Waiting is not permitted inside the salon at this time.

  • Masks must be worn properly inside at ALL times.

  • Please sanitize or wash your hands upon entry to the salon.

  • Please maintain social distancing from other clients, stylists, and receptionists inside the salon.

  • Surfaces and high touch areas are disinfected on a regular basis.

  • Beverage service is suspended, as masks must be worn at all times.

Please give 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation or we will need to charge you for the service. Out of respect for other clients and safety concerns, we ask that you please refrain from bringing your children unless they are receiving a service.
